What Is The Reason For Fluctuating Blood Pressure?

Hello Doctor .. my grandmother aged 70 recently experienced paralytic stroke on the left side due to high blood pressure.. what precautions should be taken because now the doctors say shes got low blood pressure .. why is the blood pressure fluctuating so much ? would physiotherapy work on her ?

As per your query, your fluctuating blood pressure might be due to
1. Inadequacy of drugs
2. Accelearated hypertension which is caused by unopposed action of renin
3. Postural variation may be associated with autonomic neuropathy

Please review your drug profile.. if you are not taking any long acting drugs then consult with your doctor and try to change to dual ormtriple drug combination..
