What Is The Reason For Frequent Headaches, Frequent Urination And Constipation After Having Unprotected Sex And PT Is Negative?

i had unprotected and unprotected sex with multiple partners other than my boyfriend. Now, its been more than 2 week that i did not have my normal period. Recently, i started getting symptoms like frequent headaches, urination and severe constipation. I have done pregnancy test and it shows negative test ('C'). What shall i do?? If i am not pregnant, what is it?? is it UTI??

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy.
However, if the urine pregnancy test is negative, then the chances of pregnancy are ruled out.
Delayed periods can be due to other causes like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
Moreover, increased frequency of urination can be due to urinary tract infection.
I will suggest you to get your hormonal profile and urine examination done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
