What Is The Reason For Having A Orange Colored Cube In My Stool?

Hello. Over the past few weeks, I have had a orange colored cube in my stool several times. i have been eating very little in the past 3-4 weeks due to dental work and molar removal. It cannot be related to something I've eaten. I have a lot of digestive issues, including years of IBS. I am scheduled for an EGD in a couple days for throwing up blood. Can you help me with this?
