Hello. My five week old was circumcised at 3 days old. Everything healed within a weeks time. This morning I noticed that the skin connecting the shaft and the tip were swollen and there is a pea sized bump on his shaft. It doesn't seem to bother him but I was curious as to what it could be? Also, I put hydrocortizone ointment around it as it seems to clear up diaper rash and such in my other child.
