What Is The Reason For Having Muscle Spasms In Cheek?

Over the past several days one of my muscles in my right cheek spasms almost every time I smile. Sometimes it relaxes right away, but sometimes it stays like that until I most my mouth around. There is no pain, but it seems strange and I would like to know what it might be. Thanks, Grace

this is common when take some food in hurry and chewing that substances while chewing fast cheeck gets bite in between
