hello sir
I will try to explain your doubts
1-the conventional risk factors like- diabetes mellitus, hypertension, smoking, dyslipidemia and family history of CAD(coronary artery disease) explains about 80% cases of coronary artery disease. there is still 20% cases who don't have any risk factor and suffer from CAD.
2.in your case you have one risk factor that is family history of CAD
3.so sir you should be proactive in the management of your cardiac problems.
