This could be the placebo effect of lime juice you are taking, you became over conscious because of your hypertension and cholesterol but nothing to worry about this, take regular medicine, keep habit of regular exercise, stop smoking no high calorie diet leave all kind of tension aside, then you will feel much better have nice day.
