What Is The Reason For Itching In Vaginal Part?

About 3 weeks ago I had BV and was treated for it. I was fine. I have sex 2 times after which was 2 weeks ago because I had my period. Before my period I experienced a change in discharge it was light brown no odor or itching and then I came on my period. A few days ago I washed with a perfume dove soap and the outside of my vagina started to itch near my butt then it went away now my clitoris hood itches and tonight I noticed a lump on the tip that itches when touched. Burns when washed. What's going on? Do I have herpes or something

Hi,

Vaginal itching and lump can occur due to infections, warts, abscess or cysts. Examination of the lump is required for diagnosis. You may need a course of antibiotics.Antihistamines can be taken for itching. Always wear cotton inner wear and maintain good vaginal hygiene.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
