What Is The Reason For Jittery Feeling In The Left Shoulder?
I am a 19 year old healthy female and have been having a jittery feeling in my left shoulder for a few days now. My blood pressure and heart rate are fine as I have checked them with a home blood pressure monitor. Just wondering what could be causing this? It feels like I have to move my arm but if I do it doesn t help at all.
With history, it sounds to be nothing major. As your age is 19 you should not have any kind of high blood pressure or diabetic issue.
This jittery feeling can be due to some other factors which need a physical examination.
To ask you this. are you having any kind of trouble? like the pressure of studies, fight or argument with friend or teacher or anyone at home.
If you are nervous that this kind of jittering feeling might come. But if you aren't nervous then wait and watch if the symptoms come again. Till then you can relax and stay calm. There is nothing much of a worry.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
