Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the condition is likely to be from calculus in
the urinary system with or without prostate enlargement. In our clinic, we recommend an ultrasound examination of abdomen, KUB with prostate size for best possible evaluation and guidelines.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
