Since you had miscarriage in early pregnancy you could be having autoimmune disorder as a cause like SLE or infection. You can get tested for Lupus anticoagulant, Coagulation profile, VDRL, Anti-cardiolipin antibodies. Get thorough checkup for vaginal infection as well. Is your marriage within close relations in the family. Even genetic problems can cause recurrent miscarriage.
