What Is The Reason For Not Getting Pregnant?

Hello doctor i am 26 years old,height 5 4my weight 60kgs and i got married on september 2010 i am waiting for pregnency but it get delayed in way of this i have consulted my doctor because i am suffering that my mouth is sensing like iron through out the day and also sickness on this my doctor suggest pregnency test but the result is negative what is the reason of this plz suggest me

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the failure of conception even after 1 year of unprotected intercourse requires treatment.So both the partners need to be get evaluated.If both are normal then it is called unexplained infertility.The intercourse is to be done daily or on alternative days to increase the chances of conception.Avoid stress as it might delay pregnancy further due to hormonal imbalance.
There are many advanced techniques available so nothing to worry.
