What Is The Reason For Pain During Ejaculation But No Semen Discharge?

I am a 61 year old male in excellent health, great blood pressure 115 over 75, weight 225, no alcohol or tobacco use, just got a prefered life policy, had physical no negatives, but I still get good erections, wife and I have been married 41 years, but when I ejaculate, it is painful, feels like it goes inside of me somewhere, but nothing comes out, I do not have any problem urinating but go now more than I use to.

Hi and thanks for the query,
Pain during ejaculation could imply a blockage at the level of the conducting tubules that conduct semen from testes to the outside. An enlargement of the prostate is generally a common cause. An inflammation of chronic infection of the prostate, other wise called prostatitis could also cause this. This condition in my opinion would require a careful and urgent review by a urologist. Kind regards
