Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to UTI/cystitis, tumor and any growth in to the urinary tract.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine culture and sensitivity, USG scan and if needed cystoscopy.
Doctor will give following advises:
Proper antibiotic according to culture and sensitivity report.
Tablet pyridium or dicyclomine
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry
Avoid stress, caffeinated drink and sulfur containing food
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely
