ok so I have this horrible pain in the front and back of my shoulder whether im sitting still moving coughin sneezing basically anything I do it hurts its been happening since Friday morning I have tried wrapping it with a ace bandage but it seemed to make the pain more intense I am in the us army and trying not to go to the doctor and just tough it out but I don t think I can much longer its almost unbearable pain can you please tell me whats wrong
