What Is The Reason For Red, Itchy Bumps Along Bikini Line?

I've been having red itchy bumps developing along the bikini line and sometimes they look like little pimples. When I pop them they seem to start to go away. When I scratch it then it spreads. they don't always develop a white head in which I can't pop them. I thought they were infected hairs but its not the same as when I do have an infected hair. Do you have any idea what it could be?

The description makes them very suggestive of a possible allergic reaction. if you have recently obtained new bikinis, please double check to make sure that is not the problem. You may need to stop using that particular made for a cure. for now, try Zyrtec/benadry for a relief of the symptoms.
