What Is The Reason For Stillbirth During Pregnancy?

Greetings we havve just cultured Morganii morganii from a 28 hr old nenate orang's heart blood at necropsy - PM was delayed 24 hr due to the need to anesthetize the mother to get the dead infant. I suspect the bacteria was a contaminate since there were no gross signs of infection.

Thanks for trusting healthcare magic. Still births can be as a result of several factors ranging from chromosomal abnormalities to maternal infections during pregnancy and even trauma. It might also be due to Obstetrical conditions auch as Placenta Previa,Placenta abruption,Eclampsia,etc. This is why it is recommended a pregnant woman does routine antenatal clinics.
