What Is The Reason For Stomach Ache, Diarrhea And Nausea After Having Chinese Food?

Hello, i ate Chinese food on Wednesday night and ever since then i have had a huge stomache. It feels like there is a huge knot in my stomach along with mild diarrhea. I feel nauseous and pain all around in my stomach. I’ve been taking pepto but it hasn’t seemed to help much. Thank you
