I am 38 and all of a sudden "allergic" to beer and wine. I have socially drank for years and now after having 1 glass of wine my nose stuffs up, I get tremendous pressure behind my eyes, I get highly irritable and sometimes a headache. The next day I am fatigued and tired until about dinner time. I would also like to add that 2 years ago I started seasonal grass allergies that I have never had. I don't want to go slamming drinks and closing the bar , but not sharing a glass of Italian red wine accompanied with a roasted duck meal while out dining with my wife is disappointing. What short term and long term actions can I take to rectify this change? Thanks.
