Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

I don't think you have any problem related to STD.
Your problem may be due to diabetes, calculus or psychogenic.
You need proper evaluation by nephrologist.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,RFT,LFT and ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper treatment depends upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
Get well soon.

Take Care

Psychiatrist Dr. Ashish Mittal's  Response
Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Unusual feeling on tip of penis, occurrence of symptoms after unprotected intercourse and frequent micturition indicate presence of infection.

Common sexually transmitted infections (STI) are gonorrhea, chlamydia, genital herpes, human papillomavirus (HPV), HIV and syphilis. Apart from that urinary tract infection (UTI) with other organism can also produce above symptoms.

It is good that you are already negative chlamydia and gonorrhea. You need to further investigated for STI and UTI by general physician. Meanwhile take plenty of water and healthy diet.

Wish you good health and all the best.

Regards,
