Hi recently i have taken the medical report for going abroad in that they have taken a x-ray report that they was telling i have right apex fibrosis. but i didn t got any chest pain, cough, fever and kind of diseases. then why the doctor has tell like that can instruct for me

Rt upper lobe fibrosis can be due to subclinical or asymptomatic tuberculosis and can be completely unknown to you. Get a HRCT chest to rule out any active disease and also to confirm that it is a past sequelae
