What Is The Reason That Being On Treatment For Pcod I Am Not Conceiving?

sir i am a indian & i have PCOD, so this june 5th ia am undergone hysterolaproscopy under GA & after that i have gastruble problem & irregular periods what is the reason sir & till now i am not pregnanat, now daily i am taking TAB. MET DM 1OOO 1-0-0 , TAB. PREGNACARE OD , TAB. HIRICH OD

It takes time for treatment to show response...if even after that no response u should switch over to tablet clomiphene citrate 50 mg starting from day 2- day 7 of menses for induction of ovulation that too should be monitored by estrogenlevels and usg follicle monitoring from day 10 onwards...when dominant follicle forms hcg is given and intercourse is advised.. But this all treatment should be under supervision
