What Is The Recovery Period After Removal Of Cyst In The Adenoid?

I am just curious, my doctor s MA says 7-10 days recovery for removal of cyst in my adenoid and some people are still not feeling 100% at that time. What are my expectations right after surgery and the next few days - I really thought since it was outpatient I would be back to normal in a day or two?

After the surgery of the adenoid cyst removal you will most probably be back home after one day, if everything will go on without complications.

But the recovery time is not the same as the time of staying in the hospital and not even the same as the time that you would feel completely back into normal.
It is true that you may need 7-10 days to recover and feel normal, because that is the time that the tissues need to recover completely.
