What Is The Recovery Time Post LAVH?
I am 13 days post op. I have been stopping and bending since I was in the hospital. I am having issues with family and friends thinking I should be back to normal activity. I had a LAVH. I am a people pleaser an I doing too much and expecting too much too soon.

Usually 2 weeks as maximum after LAVH. But avoid lifting heavy weights for one month.
