What Is The Red Blob That Is Trying To Come Out While Passing Motion?

So it appears that a red blob of some kind is coming out of my butt when I go to use the bathroom. I'm able to go number two and everything but it looks like there's this red sack of some kind within my butt that expands when I'm pushing, if that makes sense. Any idea as to what this is?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The red blob like thing that comes out of the anus when passing bowel movement can be due to the following reasons:
Prolapsing hemorrhoids.
Prolapse of the rectal mucosa.
This can be confirmed by the following way:
Per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy on exertion and so on.
Colonoscopy.
All these points will lead to a proper diagnosis and gives plan for a proper management.
Till then take a mild laxative, do not do any activity that increases strain.
Get proper surgery done to have results.
