General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Passing of red stone in the stool means this was a fecolith that is hardened stool that would have been impacted in the colon and hence when dislodged gets red stain and passes as red stone.
The pain ion the colon or stomach can get referred to the back and can be severe as you have mentioned in your history.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tests done.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position to see for the gases, fecoliths and obstruction. Ultrasonography of the abdomen and CT scan of the abdomen.
Get a clinical evaluation, examination by a general surgeon and correlation with the reports to get a proper diagnosis and a plan for management.
You may need a soap-water enema in a traditional way if the fecoliths are obstructing.
Colonoscopy after a proper preparation can give better diagnosis and direction for further management.
