Hi,

Udiliv (ursodeoxycholic acid) is commonly prescribed for the treatment of liver diseases including hepatitis, gall stones, cirrhosis and cystic fibrosis. It helps in dissolution of cholesterol rich gallstones. Generally it is well tolerated however, it may cause diarrhea, indigestion, vomiting, headache, and allergic reactions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
