What Is The Remedy For An Itchy And Swollen Vagina?

Goodmorning doc...i have a 6 years old daughter that has an itchy vagina...she cannot sleep at night and its very swollen...i went to her pediatrician yesterday and gave her cream for the itch and go for urinalysis...what will i do to ease her itchiness

HELLO
you can give her surup cetrizine 1 tsf at night. apply clotrimazole(candid )cream
locally twice a day. also give albendazole suspension single dose as sometime due to worm infeststation it may itch vaginal opening too.
get urine test done and if epithelial cells and pus cells present above normal limit
antibiotic cource should be given in proprer dose after consulting a pediatrician. To reduce swelling syrup ibugesic 1 tsf twice a day for 3 days can be added. lastly take care of hygine.
