hi
welcome to HCM
pain in teeth at this age could be because of teething or some calcium deficiency or underlying infection. for calcium deficiency you can give her calcrafax (Ranbexy) and for pain you can give her ibuprofen syrup but it should be avoiding to give pain killer at this age for long.
so i will advice to visit your pediatrician (dentist) and get an OPG ray done to reveal undelying problem and get treated for same.
thank you
