What Is The Remedy For Constipation?
I haven't been able to go "number two" for about 3 days now and I've tried to push it out but my entire stomach hurts to the point of almost crying. And I can't really walk the right way without my 'rear end' hurting. I don't really know what to do. I took some milk of magnesia about an hour ago.

Fromhistory it seems that you might be having absolute constipation giving rise this problem.
Due to passing hard fecal material you got soreness in anal region.
Take laxative daily at night.
If require go for enema to clear bowels.
Take plenty of water.
