What Is The Remedy For Cramps All Over The Body With Sore Throat?

I have really bad pain and cramps all over my body but it seems worse at the bottom of my back and the back of my neck along with these pains I am experiencing cold shivers and cold sweats . I am also suffering from a really sore throat this is not a cough it just really hurts when a swallow and my head and eyes are really sore. I do not feel like eating but although my stomach is upset i have yet to vomit can you help please .

Hi ,
As mentioned it seems you are having upper respiratory tract infection which has symptoms of sore throat , malaise , fever with arthralgia ( joint pain) with chills n rigor (shivering ).
So need to get diagnosed and treated through anti Microbial agent ( antibiotics ) according to throat swab culture sensitivity report and other supportive management like antipyretic (paracetamol ) , anti histaminic(cetrizine ) , nasal decongestant ,warm saline gargle , steam inhalation thrice a day .
