What Is The Remedy For Dark Spots Or Scars On Cheek?

i have dark spots or scars on my left cheek, i dont know what they are called, they are simply darkened depths in small circle shapes on my face. I have consulted a nearby dermatologist, he prescribed me to use fusidic acid cream bp, i have used it for about one month......i see no change......plz help me.

Hi.
As per your case history of dark skin on face.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical hydroquinone and chemical peeling done by dermatologist.
