What Is The Remedy For Depression When On Valproate?

ive been on endep 400 a day zyprexa 7.5 a day and valproate 200mg per day ive been well for 3 years and recently for the past 2 months Ive forgotton to take my medicine 30% of the time and ive found myself getting depressed again ive started to take it properly for the past week and I still don t feel great is this common and should I get relief from my symptons again I don t want to go thru all this again so basically by uppering my meds to the right dose and taking them on time and regularly help me
