What Is The Remedy For Dry Cough, Breathlessness , Pain In Right Eye And Dull Headache?
I ve had a constant cough for 2 weeks and for the last week have had a painful right eye, it feels as if my eyeball is being pushed forward from the back of my eye. This results in a constant dull headache. I m coming to the end of a course of antibiotics which has made no difference. The cough is dry and also l feel breathless. Any ideas?

possibility of sinus infection as the sinus infections typically present with the same you described
only few antibiotics go to sinuses
use tab metronidazole 200 mg bd for 5 days
use tab montelucast 10 mg bd
addition of antiallergic+antitussive syp will help to reduce cough as it is allergic cough
get ray pns waters view and consult ent doctor for further treatment of sinusitis
