What Is The Remedy For Headache?

Neurologist diagnosed me with b12 deficiency & told me to take shot for the rest of my life once a week. they gave me no answers to my questions & that was it! I still feel awful! Heart pounding, headaches, shaky, fatigued, tingle arms & feet, pain in chest down left arm kind of pinching feeling. Nothing I do helps the head aches. What is this? I feel so lost

Hi,

This may be due to deficiency of vitamin B12. As a doctor, I would tell you to take one shot weekly. After 3 months treatment symptoms will get reduced. For headache until then you can take a painkiller as you required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
