What Is The Remedy For Heavy Periods ?

Hi, the results of my sonograms showed my uterus size as11.9 x 6.8 x 7.6 cm; a fundal fibroid size 3.2 x 3.5cm; an anterior fibroid size 3.1 cm; left ovary 5.7 cm with two cysts 2.8 cm and 3.3 cm. I have very heavy periods with large clots, change every hour, have to use double protection, it was suggested to have either a myomectomy or partial hysterectomy. I am 45 yrs old had cesarean and a tubal ligation in 2010. Need a second opinion, please?
