What Is The Remedy For Itchy Neck?

Hi. I ve been having this itching sensation on my neck for a couple of days now and its starting to look flaky. I don t know what to do. I ve been scrubbing it with soap and water. Can you PLEASE tell me what can I do for it to stop itching and go away

Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream on the entire neck.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for few days.
