Hello, It is my pleasure to help you, I had gone through your history and understand your concern. The reason for the reduced hearing should be evaluated. Most common reasons for the unilateral deafness are Wax, Foreign body, Infection Trauma (physical, noise) Otitis externa. The drug which is given to acts against both fungal and bacteria, it also reduces the pain. It requires some time to improve your symptoms. If your symptoms persist even after 7 days you need to consult your ENT specialist. Hope you got he clarification. Thank you.
