Past three days am not getting laterine , am trying but its not coming .am seriously in very tension. Today I drunk two glasss of warm water with lemon.but stkll not getting .am eating a lot but getting stool. Somtime am feeling a pressure of laterine , but when I go it dosent come . Help me pls docter help.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having absolute constipation and due to deposition of fecolith in rectum you are not able to pass stool.
Take laxative daily for few days at night.
If require go for enema.
Take plenty of water, green veggies and more fiber diet.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
