What Is The Remedy For Pain In The Penis With Balanitis?
My son age 4, developed balanitis in the past due to him not having a circumcision. He is complaining of pain on his penis and I can see redness and has a different odor. I am wondering if I can use betadine 10% to clean the area until I can get to the doctor.

Yes you can use betadine solution to clean it and can apply an anti septic cream on the area of reddness
You also need to get a urine test done to rule out an infection
He will benefit fron oral antibiotics and you can give him brufen syrup for the pain if he has no allerges to it or has no ulcers.
