What Is The Remedy For Pulling And Tightness Near Belly Button And Constipation?

I am having pain on my left side... It feels like a pulling or tightness in my belly. From my belly button it would be about 3 inches to the left and between my hip and pelvic bone . I am 36, not pregnant and my only problem is Hashimoto s. I feel constipated but my bowel habits go back and forth...

Hi,

The pain on your left side is related to being constipated. The fecal mass is "stored' for longer period and getting harder. When the bowel movements starts, the hard mass is giving the pain to you as it could lacerate bowel mucosa.

I'd suggest to resolve the problems with constipation, and you will not have that pain again.
