What Is The Remedy For Redness And Itchy Eye?
My right eye has gotten progressively red during the course of the day with slight itch. I was out this morning doing exercises in the field and also moved some plants around. Tried Opcon A which I use daily but the pharmacist recommended Visine Red. It is better but not much. What do you recommend I do?

It is allergic conjunctivitis. you have fiddle plants, so exclude fungal infection. for allergy start levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily and apply cromal eye drop 3times daily. You should improve.
