Hello,

Which food pipes you are telling? Is it esophagus or stomach or small intestine? Since when she is facing the above problem? Many causes for it
1.Stomach acid regurgitation
2. Food allergy
3. Drugs like NSAIDs
4. Infection like h pylori,candida,CMV etcetera.
Continue above medicine and avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Use a soft diet like rice water or sago soup or other soups. If symptoms not improved, please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
