Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blood stains in nose and blockage in ear which seems to be due to eustachian tube dysfunction due to which negative pressure build up after severe cough, cold. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication such as Levocetrizine. Put antibiotic ear drops ti avoid blockage. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray done and go for otoscopic examination and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids. Donot touch or prick ear with any sharp object.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
