What Is The Remedy For The Bruise On The Forehead In A 7 Year Old?

My 7 year old hit her head while playing in bed almost 2-3 weeks ago. She has a bruise on her forehead from her hairline to the middle of her forehead. The bruise is still there. She says it does not hurt. My concern is that this could be a warning sign of a greater problem. Do you have any suggestions?
