I have for 2 weeks now had a change in my bowel movements. after I eat within 30 minutes I get a sharp cramp and the bottom of my stomach just above the hair line. I my bowels immediately move like I had an enema. the consistency of the movement is always the same in color yellow and lots of gas. I started a diet with some raw vegetables but have since lessened the amount but no change to a normal movement. THANKS
