What Is The Remedy For The Chest Pain And Cough With Occasional Fever?

i went to the hospital because I have chest pain and cough sometimes and fever. medical practitioner told me that my Lang are clear and i am not for emergency and send me to the jp the nearest appointment is in a week but i have this problem from beginning of the march and i suspect that i have bronchitis i need some antibiotics free

Prolong cough chest pain and fever, first pulmonary tuberoculosis is to be ruledout. x-ray is not confirmative, sputum microscopic and culture is reliable.
