Hey there Doc Its Mathias i cut myself deep on my finger while working yesterday so i immediately mixed warm water with salt in a cup and put my finger in for almost 5 minutes until the bleeding eased...! I then put a band aid to try and stop the bleeding and protect the wound i had to change the band aid almost four time before i slept with one bandaid the whole nite! I barely slept as there was a trobbing pain all nite! As soon as i remove the soaked band aid the pain immediately disappeared so i decide to wash the wound with dettol and water this morning but there seems to be a continual watery discharge from the wound and it wont stop! I have not used a BandAids today coz i think that trobbing pain will return Pliz advice i only got dermadine but how would i apply it if the wound is constantly watery?
