What Is The Remedy For The Gastrointestinal Problems With Extreme Constipation Or Diarrhea?
Hi, I ve been dealing with GI issues for about 5 years now. Cycling between extreme constipation or diarrhea with abdominal pain and n/v. I ve had several tests ran and procedures. Egd showed a mild hiatal hernia. Colonoscopy showed Nothing but some IBS. I struggle to keeps. Healthy motility balance. Over the past year I ve struggled with severe abdominal pain and they performed a US and HIDA scan to check my gallbladder. Results of US showed no stones but I did have thickened walls. HIDA had a ef of 90%. I have been constantly sick( nauseous and vomiting) for over a week with significant pain in RUQ. But no one can tell me what s wrong. I feel swollen and have constant pressure in upper gastric area. the pain seems to radiate all the way to my back. I m miserable, please help.

I really appreciate your concern, the GI disturbances and symptoms of it could be due to some nonspecific illness and may not be due to major and I could say it from the history, dyspepsia, transient infection, hyperacidity could be the cause of these symptoms and the major part of the illness could be functional elements I would suggest to try some medicines give here like, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day hope this information helps.
