What Is The Remedy For The Nausea, Loose Watery Stools And Abdominal Pain?

Have had a stomach bug for two days. Yesterday running 102 fever, abd pain, nausea (no vomiting) and lots a very loose watery stools. Today I still have diarrhea, fever is better, but every time I stand up, my head throbs and pounds in pain for a few seconds, then goes away and suggestions?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely a gastroenteritis.It can be viral or bacterial.Adequate hydration is needed.Can take ORS and tender coconut water.If not subsiding and dehydration is more then you should consult your doctor.Antibiotics and IV fluids in case of severe dehydration will be needed.Hope this may help you.
